Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange requests.
CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS
*Products can be returned within 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have passed, including the day of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to exchange or return products that do not meet these requirements.
HOW DOES THE PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS WORK?
If you have an account on our site, please log in to your Online Account to initiate the Return process. Find and click your order under Order History. Locate the product you want to return and click Return Product to submit your request. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1 Mills Cir, Ste 523 Ontario, CA 91764
NOTE: When you return your product, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Additionally, our company's shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: If you are sending an item worth $75 or more, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Damaged products The product must be unused in the condition you received it. Lost or stolen packages It must also be in the original packaging.
CONDITIONS OF NON-PAYMENT
If your tracking information says delivered but you didn't take your package, our company does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages caused by the carrier company. Your payment will not be refunded by our company.
WHEN WILL WE REFUND YOUR MONEY?
If the product meets the above return conditions, we will process your return immediately after we receive your package. Within 5-7 business days, you can expect to see the refund reflected in the payment method you used when you first placed your order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at replicamoviemoney@gmail.com.
